2.RIGGER & BANKSMAN (SLINGER & SIGNALER)
The objective of this course is to provide knowledge of the rigging principles, calculations rating of slings under different configurations, general hazards and risk of rigging and lifting operations. Delegates shall be taught on how to assess the rigging equipment and plan a rigging activity.
The course also intended for outdoor staff employed by Local Authorities, Public Utilities, and private sector contractors and other persons involved in works on public roads or for onsite traffic. Participants may be general operatives and supervisory staff.
Who should take this course?
The Accurate Slinger & Signaller training program is designed for any personnel who are required to work as a Slinger and Signaller viz. Riggers, Rigging Supervisor, Crane Operator, HSE personnel and any other personnel involved directly/indirectly in a rigging operation.

3. LIFTING SUPERVISOR TRAINING
The WSH (Operation of Cranes) Regulations states that: “an occupier shall appoint a lifting supervisor before any lifting operation involving the use of any crane, mobile crane or tower crane is carried out.”
“No person shall be appointed as a lifting supervisor for any lifting operation involving the use of a mobile crane or tower crane unless he has successfully completed a training course.”
Who should take this course?
Riggers who have completed advanced rigging and slinging or professionals with at least 3 years of experience in lifting.
